Rugby league star Darryl ‘The Big Marn’ Brohman walks you through creating crowd-pleasing dishes in his new book, The Big Marn’s Barbeque Cookbook.

Combining his favourite barbeque recipes and league stories, this book is an insight into his passion for cooking, his beginnings and his rise into the sport world spotlight.
