Draped in white, guests were transported to a surprise location for Glennie School Foundation‘s annual white picnic fundraising event, Ben’s Pop Up Picnic. The secret destination was revealed to be Reflections on Lake Cooby, with its beautiful waterfront views on Sunday 29 April.
On arrival, guests were provided with cold drinks before heading into the elegant white marquee. They were treated to performances by Signy Voices and The Solitary Men and provided with delicious amazing gourmet food hampers, perfect for a glam picnic on the lush greens. A range of gorgeous wines were provided by O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard.
The funds raised at the event will contribute to the development of facilities and equipment for Glennie School’s new sports centre, due for completion later this year.As well as the generous guest donations, the event was supported by Lanes Interiors, Fitzy’s, Harolds Finishing Touches, Coroneos Nursery, Antiques on Burke, Gip’s Restaurant, Richard and Elizabeth Dowe, Shiny Happy Art, Mr Rentals, Impact Lighting and Avantix.
