Brumby’s has re-opened at Westridge Shopping Centre, having been a tenant at the Centre for more than 20 years.
The bakery closed temporarily at the end of April to allow a changing of the guard, from the previous franchise holders to new owners, a team led by award-winning baker Matthew Hart. The closure allowed for a major renovation of the store including a full re-fit of the production area for enhanced productivity and creative space for the mastermind baking activities of Matthew and his team at the new store. Customers will love the rustic, authentic look and feel of the bakery, which now has a small sitting area, plus the new menu and enhanced product range including barista coffee and donuts. “We can’t wait to welcome the customers back to the bakery,” said Matthew. “We love what we do and we trust in the quality of the product we create.” Having lived nearby to the Centre, Matthew understands that his customers are always looking for freshness and quality but with real local convenience. “It’s such a great opportunity to join the other successful Westridge retailers that are so focused on performing at the top of their game.”
Brumby’s Bakery General Manager David Dinnes said, “The decision to maintain the brands presence at Westridge was simple.
