Sharpe Workplace Solutions Masterclass

$40Sharpe Workplace Solutions (SWS) is hosting an industrial relations and human resource management masterclass at the MYCNC. Guests will learn important lessons on compliance, including Industrial Relations 101, Employee v Contractor, Awards and Employment Contracts and Time and Wage Record Keeping. In guests’ second Key Risk masterclass of Managing Conduct, Capacity, and Performance, workshop-goers will learn Unfair Dismissal, General Protection (Discrimination/Rights), Injured and Ill Employees, and Bullying and Harassment.
