USQ Functional Foods Public Forum

As part of the University of Southern Queensland’s Functional Foods Festival, the Toowoomba Public Forum will include presentations from national and international leaders in functional foods from research and industry. It will showcase the work of internationally renowned Professor Grant Pierce, the Executive Director of St Boniface Research Centre in Canada and USQ’s Professor Lindsay Brown.
