Toowoomba saw a sea of pink on Sunday, with the Mother’s Day Classic returning for its 6th year running. More than 500 people gathered in Queens Park to remember and support loved ones affected, and to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. In the past 21 years the Mother’s Day Classic has raised more than $33.2 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, with Toowoomba playing a large role in helping reach that figure.
