Rebecca Lyons has always wanted to be an advocate. Born and raised in Toowoomba and a past student of Fairholme College, she graduated from Bond University with First Class Honours in Law. Well qualified in her profession, she has a Masters in Law and an MBA, and was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales in 2000.

Rebecca then worked in Sydney in commercial litigation. In 2006, she returned to Brisbane to become a Barrister specialising in family law, child protection and domestic violence. She has Chambers in both News South Wales and Queensland and provides services for both private and Legal Aid clients all over Australia especially Queensland and New South Wales.

An avid traveller, Rebecca particularly enjoys exploring rural areas and Far North Queensland. Toowoomba, Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Lismore and Coffs Harbour are all on her usual travel circuit. Combining her vocation and her passion, she regularly visits these areas to assist more remote clients.

Rebecca maintains a busy schedule, dedicated to getting the best result for her clients. She loves animals, and car racing.
