Toowoomba’s newest rooftop bar has announced that everything is on schedule for their Spring opening. Exciting additions have been made to the venue’s fit out and the owners are looking forward to revealing the completed project to the public later this year. The name of the bar is currently under wraps, however it will be revealed during the opening campaign launching in the coming months.
Long standing Toowoomba publican Phil Coorey says the concept and aesthetic of the new rooftop bar has been inspired by similar venues from across Australia. “We’ve taken inspiration from leading restaurants and bars in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and wanted to create an all encapsulating experience for guests from the branding through to the venue entry and through to the menu,” he said. Mr Coorey added that Toowoomba locals will get an idea of what to expect from the venue’s fit out and offering once the name of the bar is revealed. The venue’s exterior glass panel walls and retractable weather sensitive ceiling have been framed and passers by can now picture the exterior of the restaurant and bar.
Mr Coorey believes that the bar will be a welcome addition to the Toowoomba area as the hospitality landscape grows and evolves. “The hospitality industry has transformed in recent times and we are really excited to be delivering an experience that compliments the growing dining and nightlife industry in Toowoomba,” he said. Once the campaign launches, an exclusive VIP opening event will take place as well as a launch event for the public to be some of the first to set their eyes on Toowoomba’s newest addition.
