USQ Springfield Healthy Living Symposium

As part of USQ’s Functional Foods Festival, the Healthy Living Symposium will include presentations from national and international leaders in functional foods from research and industry.

Held on 8 September, the symposium will showcase the work of internationally renowned Professor Grant Pierce, the Executive Director of St Boniface Research Centre in Canada and, Professor Penny Kris-Etherton, a distinguished Professor of Nutrition from the Pennsylvania State University, USA.
