Fire
July 3, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$5 – $50On Sunday the thirteenth of January 2013, the forests of the ancient Warrumbungle Ranges burned to the ground. In human terms, only farmhouses and sheds were destroyed in the inferno. But for the animals; the emus and cockatoos, kangaroos, lizards and koalas the fire brought an afternoon of devastating annihilation. Fire is the story of the Warrumbungle fires, as told by the animals. The third-year theatre production is typically a work from a contemporary playwright and will feature the graduating theatre class of 2019, marking the completion of their undergraduate studies.
