Every year, the iconic Grand Central Floral Parade is one of Toowoomba’s favourite events, and the 2019 parade held on September 21 was no exception. The event featured street performers, carnival characters, and roving entertainment that escorted the stunning floral floats on their journey through the heart of the city to Queens Park. Locals and visitors were vying for the best view, as thousands turned out for the parade. The floats could be admired – and their fruit and vegetable decorations purchased – at the Godsall St Oval after the parade.
