Carnival in Toowoomba CBD

The Chamber in Toowoomba is encouraging the annual tradition of all CBD Businesses to decorate their shopfronts for a chance to win some great prizes and to invite locals and visitors to come in and see what the CBD has to offer. Whether that be an artwork or an interpretation of the ongoing Carnival Of Flowers the visitors will get to vote for their favourite and take part in the scavenger hunt while supporting the local businesses along the way.
