Brian Gilroy, Chairman of Toowoomba Rugby League, will present: From Frogs Hollow to the Top of the World: Celebrating 100 years of Toowoomba Rugby League. In his talk, Brian will trace the early years of Rugby League in Toowoomba. From its forgotten history prior to World. War Two through to its official beginnings in 1919, he will continue to cover its progress to 1924 and 1925 when Toowoomba was rated as the best Rugby League team in the world.
