Conducted by Australian born Maestro Alexander Briger, Happy Birthday Beethoven features one of the Ludwig van Beethovenโs best received works, Symphony No. 7, full of rhythmic wit and energetic dance-like sections and the famous Allegretto. Beethovenโs Romance No. 1 will be performed by QSO principal flute Alison Mitchell with The Fantasy Overture from Tchaikovskyโs Romeo and Juliet rounding out a performance.
