Hosted by the township of Hampton north of Toowoomba, the annual Hampton Festival was a three day food and cultural extravaganza from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 May. The festival offered patrons a unique country experience, highlighting the autumn change of season and the natural beauty of the region. Chef Ash Martin of Spicers Hidden Vale joined the full weekend of food and arts, and conducted cooking demonstrations throughout the day.
