The second annual Create Financial Solutions Blush High Tea will be held at the historical site of Inbound at the Railway station on Saturday August 27 2016 to raise money for Blush Cancer Care.
Blush recognise the emotional upheaval a Breast Cancer diagnosis brings to those affected along with their immediate and extended family and aim to provide support to those who are in the midst of their illness.
Founder of Blush, Dr Sharyn Donaldson, said the focus of the 2016 campaign was promoting wellness to breast cancer patients. “It is not only about raising money but also awareness for the work our private breast care nurses, the medical profession and allied health services do for their patients and families to ensure the best care and support is available to those undergoing treatment.”
The high tea will feature delicious winter treats as well as a jewellery spectacle thanks to Lannah Dunn and Minx Contemporary Hair Boutique. The jewellery will then be available to guests for purchase with proceeds going to Blush Cancer Care.
Other upcoming events for Blush include a wellness breakfast morning on Saturday, September 18, the Cosmetic Elegance Survivor Forum on Saturday 15th October, 2016 at Hume Ridge Church and the Blush Gala on Saturday 22nd October, 2016.
