The McGregor Autumn Retreat was held at Queensland College of Wine Tourism (QCWT) from Friday 29 March 2019. Inspired by the glorious vineyards of Stanthorpe at USQ‘s QCWT, participants learnt the art of winemaking, cheesemaking, botanical art and watercolour, guided by some of the leading experts in the creative fields. The workshops were accompanied by award winning, world class dining with food and wine from QCWT’s Varias Restaurant. Participants came from far and wide, with some budding artisans travelling from from Darwin and New South Wales.
