The heart of the Granite Belt will soon be the heart of Rock ‘N’ Roll as Q Live presents Sounds From The Vines Festival. The festival brings together a blistering lineup of some of Australia’s most iconic artists to the Stanthorpe Showgrounds on Saturday March 23 2019.

The new festival will feature an impressive lineup of absolute rock royalty. Headlining the festival is James Reyne, an artist who needs no introduction. He has sold more than two million albums and written some memorable Australian songs. James has been a part of the Australian music scene since 1979, originally fronting Australian Crawl for seven years, releasing four studio albums in five years. James Reyne’s songs have provided the soundtrack to endless Australian summers, including The Boys Light Up, Beautiful People and Lakeside.

Joining James in Stanthorpe will be legendary Aussie rock bands Baby Animals, Rose Tattoo, Pseudo Echo, Boom Crash Opera and The Colt Seavers Band. Promoter, Rick Szabo says, “It is a privilege to be bringing Australian Rock at its finest to one of the most iconic regions in our state. Stanthorpe and its beautiful surrounds, it’s your turn to have a quality music festival.”

To ensure rock fans can make a weekend of it, limited camping sites are available at the Stanthorpe Showgrounds for an additional cost. Premium entry tickets will see guests enjoy a host of additional perks, including access to exclusive chill out area with private bar and food facilities separate to general admission areas, private viewing areas either side of the sound booth for the best sound quality, and access to the post show event.
