Local Toowoomba business, Outlook Eye Centre is pleased to be celebrating ten years in Business on December 1st. Living locally with their families, owners Shannon Smith and Andrew Speed, have been servicing the Toowoomba and Darling Downs community with eye care excellence.

“We try to offer simple solutions that have the most impact. We want people to have clear and comfortable vision and healthy eyes so that they can live their best lives and do the things that they love. We understand that some patients are fearful about the news that they might receive when they get their eyes examined. Children, in particular, are scared about what an eye exam might involve, so we have created a welcoming, safe and reassuring experience at Outlook Eye Centre.”

“We believe that people matter, and we love being able to spend time with each person, so we can understand what they need and work out the best way to help them. Our patients also know that when they come to us, they will always see the same people, it’s consistent. We like our patients to feel that they aren’t rushed when they visit us, and we also think that when people visit our practice, they have a good time!” Shannon says.

Outlook Eye Centre offers eye care solutions for people of all ages – from babies through to their great grandparents with a variety of services from complete eye examinations, children’s vision examinations, dry eye assessment, glaucoma assessment, behavioural optometry, diabetic assessments and more. Outlook Eye Centre is also the only local optometrist to offer a free-of-charge flexible bus service. Andrew personally transports patients in their bus as they understand that sometimes it is difficult to get to appointments, especially for those who are unable to drive. To celebrate their 10th birthday, Outlook Eye Centre are gifting gourmet treats and specially selected children’s books for every appointment booked for December 2019. “It feels good to give back to the local community who have supported us in our ten years of business. We look forward to continuing our high quality and consistent eyecare now and into the future.”
