Community spirit filled the Oakey Cultural Centre on Saturday 3 March for the Oakey Show Ball Gala Evening. The ball was dedicated to celebrating women in the agricultural sector with an exhibition showcasing their stories on display during the evening. The 2018 Oakey Miss Showgirl Award competitors were in attendance as the winners were crowned on the evening. The night wasn’t complete without entertainment from Cathy Drummond‘s 2Timing, a raffle and a charity auction.
