Guests sampled the food and facilities on offer at Emerge Cafe at the venue’s official launch on Tuesday 26 March. Emerge is a social enterprise helping youth in the Toowoomba community. Emerge operates at food van, catering business and a co-working youth hub space which are all not-for- profit and help provide sustainable income to keep the hub open and reach out to young people in the community doing it tough. Mayor Paul Antonio officially opened the cafe, with manger Jen Shaw.
