Gabbinbar Homestead hosted over 90 local guests for a Hats & High Tea event as part of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Adorned in their best frocks, suits and of course, hats the visitors were delighted with a four-course, hand-crafted tasting menu created by Gabbinbar Homestead’s Head Chef Bernhard Kohlhuber. The fine-dining menu was inspired by the tradition of high tea dining and Darling Downs local produce. The event was hosted by Dine Darling Downs with Triple M’s Lee Faulkner emceeing the event.
