On Thursday, 19 September, 200 guests experienced a magical night under the stars at the Qantas Gala Dinner celebrating the start of the 70th Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers at the Civic Square. The unforgettable dining experience, catered by Gabbinbar Homestead and East Street Kitchen, featured six courses of locally-sourced handcrafted food inspired by the Spring harvest and drinks from Symphony Hill Wines and Volcanic Brewing.
