Beautiful weather and a buzzing Rodeo crowd saw more than 60 entries take on the 2019 John Dee Warwick Rodeo Street Parade on 27 October. After all the dust had settled the winners were chosen. Despite navigating their way through all the colour and excitement of a huge field of floats, the judges finished their deliberations and the cream of the crop rose to the top. The entry that got right into the “Australiana” spirit of the occasion and took out the Best In Theme award was Assumption College Warwick. Best School Exhibit went to Warwick Christian College, the Best Business Entry was Bradfield Building and the Club, Sport or Other Organisation that stood out from the crowd was Move School of Dance. The Gray Children now have the Best Decorated Bikes in town and won $100 for their efforts. Southern Downs Regional Council also thanked their major sponsor John Dee for providing the prizes as well as their supporter, Warwick Credit Union.
