Business leaders had the first opportunity to view TAFE Queensland’s recently completed Rural Centre of Excellence at the TSBE Food Leaders Australia Meet Up on January 30. Those attending the event got the opportunity to tour the innovative agricultural facility including the new horticultural pod. The development of this new centre will help deliver high-quality training to ensure the rural industry’s workforce is equipped with a broad set of up-to-date skills. The facility will meet Queensland’s future needs with innovation in sustainable agriculture and horticulture as we move to a greener tomorrow. This is a teaching facility to provide training in modern primary industry technologies and will place TAFE Queensland at the forefront of rural delivery.
