Toowoomba Anglican School Head Girl Klaudia Shaw began her journey at the school back in 2013, when she was heading into her last year of Primary School.

Klaudia, whose family lives at Augathella, has been a boarder at TAS for the past seven years, which she says has allowed her to become much closer to her cohort. “Being a boarder for seven years has unlocked a deep sense of individuality and passion in how I view each individual person within the school. Over these seven years, I have gotten to know so many people and to appreciate what makes them different to others. As I approach leaving school in the upcoming months, I will carry the bonds I have made here at TAS for life.”

As she looks back on her years at TAS, Klaudia says, “I can say with full confidence and joy that it has been the most special experience, which will stay with me for the rest of my life. Every day, as I walk through the cloisters with my friends, I think upon all the fond memories that echo the true ethos of the school. Slowly filling my schooling chapter,” she said.

Growing up in an environment where there is an immense amount of support and love from the staff and students creates a community for young adults like myself to excel. I have celebrated many achievements and overcome many hurdles … I leap out of my shoes to every opportunity life throws at me.”
