The next Women in Health event is being hosted on Wednesday, 28 August. On the night there will be discussion of the needs, gaps and opportunities for female entrepreneurs in health, including discussion on health issues in remote regional Queensland. Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) has partnered with the Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network (PHN) to host this series of Women in Health events.  The purpose of this event series is to bring women in health together for networking, career progression discussions and support.

Drawing on her extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur Kemp was appointed Queensland Chief Entrepreneur in 2018, a role in which Kemp works on a global scale to support and develop Queensland’s startup ecosystem, attract investment and support job creation. Kemp is excited to be able to talk with attendees about what she hopes to see in innovation around the health care industry.
